RCG Benchmarking Breakfast

How well does your PR consultancy business perform as a business compared to similar-sizes firms with the same industry focus as yours?
What should your gross margin percentage be if you're running a best-practice firm?
What are the industry norms for client and staff turnover rates?
What salaries are agencies paying staff at different levels (by company size)?

This year the Registered Consultancy Group is hosting an owner/manager-only breakfast at the World PR Forum to preview the key results of this year's benchmarking study.
All directors and senior managers of member and non-member consultancies are welcome to attend, irrespective of whether you submitted data to this year's study or not.

The aim of this breakfast is to provide you with some initial 'must know' business performance data that many RCG member firms rely on as part of their strategic and financial planning processes.
It will also be an opportunity to network with fellow managers and owners of consultancies from Australia and around the world.

This year, we are pleased to have secured Andrew McGregor to host the event. He is the former Global Chief Operating Officer of Text 100, a global technology specialist.
Andrew is also one of the original architects of the RCG benchmarking survey in Australia.
